Be careful with ACV. It can do damage to the enamel on your teeth if not highly diluted, but I think it is well worth taking.
It’s a good idea to drink it through a straw.
Ive been trying it for about a month now. Maybe it works. I hear it lowers blood sugar levels as well.

Totally agree. Did that on October 11th and I’m down 31 lbs. The stretching, push ups and increased dog walks haven’t hurt either.
Sure if you swish it around and hold it in your mouth.

It’s interesting to note that if you give a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a bowl of water to your dog every day, it will eliminate a flea problem. The vinegar makes the blood taste sour, and the fleas will stop bothering your dog. It works. The drawback is that your dog will fart more often.
I use Apple Cider Vinegar with E V Olive Oil and a packet of Good Seasons Itialian salad dressing. I have a salad every day and usually use two or three ounces. Very flavorful and supposed to be good for you too. Just another way to get your daily dosage.
