If the wall isn’t fully funded, Trump will refuse to consider signing any DACA legislation. That’s his leverage.

I know the hurricane damage and destruction is a huge heartstring, but the money was never cogress’ or the president’s to give. That may sound harsh, but the idea is extra-constitutional. There are a lot of aid organizations and people can give freely,, Congress should not - they don’t have the authority to do so.

I am so sick of Levin being the ONLY “Constitutional Conservative” who, - did you know? - served under President Reagan? He’s become unbearable over the past year or two. The only reason I ever hear him at all is that he’s on the same local station as Chris Plante, Rush Limbaugh, Larry O’Conner, et al. Sometimes he’s just a droning noise in the background, eventually I remember to turn the radio off.

Someone sent me a picture of the living US Constitution the other day and it consisted of the 9 members of the US supreme court. Until the judicial reign of terror is overthrown the Constitution is whatever those 9 tyrants in black robes say it is.
The root of so many of problem in American is an judiciary that’s taken powers they are not given in the Constitution and a political class and public that goes along with it.
