Eating vegan is not how humans were supposed to eat. And it isn’t the most healthful way to eat. But many humans have little choice, and some humans choose to for their own reasons.

Veganism misses the highest quality proteins. Unless you use protein powders, you won’t be able to get enough proteins without overdoing carbs.

I’m all for freedom and everyone eating as they like, but we are built and made to be omnivores. You don’t need to kill the animal, either, if you make use of its milk products and eggs.

Aggressive Vegans

What, are they jet-propelled with methane or something? Can't imagine aggression out of those limp dishrags unless it's just mouth. They're weak as kittens.

If you are stupid enough to follow a vegan then, well, bye.

“This involves cutting out all animal products, including meat, eggs and milk. “

which means cutting out all vitamin B-12, which cannot be obtained from plant products.

however, the liver of a healthy adult who has eaten animal products their whole lives will contain several years supply of B-12; thus it takes several years before a vegan runs out of B-12, but when they do, they’ll sicken and die.

that’s why so many vegans seem well for many years, but then slowly start to feel ill, and start eating animal products again, at which point they “mysteriously” start to feel healthy again.

My son is currently dating a gal who is vegetarian, considering going vegan. She brought over some of those veggie burger patties the other night while I was doing regular beef burgers. While I have nothing against the veggie burgers themselves, my main problem with a lot of this ‘food’ is the amount of chemical CRAP that has to be put into them to make them tasty. I try to stick to whole, natural, UNPROCESSED food as much as possible, which includes MEAT. My angus burgers had a whole LOT LESS ingredients than those veggie ‘burgers’. And no, I don’t use a bun. I basically make a meat salad, which is what a burger is without the bun.

Ever notice that carnivores all have their eyes on front of their head?
Prey species have eyes on the sides of the head.

Where are your eyes on your head? Will Evolution;-) start moving the vegan’s eyes to the side of the head?

. A quick search for ‘vegan aggression’ will throw up terms such as self-righteous, unbalanced and obnoxious.

Unbalanced? Sure, when tilted so that a vertical line from their center of gravity falls outside their base. Try it, it's fun to unbalance them.

A new study about depression is coming out of Bristol University in England. This study compares depression levels between vegans/vegetarians and their meat-eating counterparts. Nearly 10,000 British men were included in this test. Most ate a balanced diet include meat intake, while only 350 of the participants were committed vegetarians or vegans. Let’s take a look at the effects of foregoing meat entirely… The results of the study found that the vegan/vegetarians were more likely to suffer from depression when compared to their omnivore counterparts because of a shortage of vitamins and minerals that would have received from chowing down on some meat. This means a lack of B12. But that not all, these vegans/vegetarians ate a lot of nuts, leading to higher levels of omega-6 fatty acids. A lack of B12 and too much omege-6 are both linked with mental health issues and influencing a person’s mood. http://coed.com/2017/08/06/vegetarian-vegan-depression-study-meat-eaters-bristol-university-vegans-british-vegetarians-depressed-germany/

Yet they have no problems with killing and eating members of the plant family, and depriving them of an essential food component: CO2.

Probing Question: Does talking to plants help them grow?

“There isn’t a lot of research in this area,” says Rich Marini, head of Penn State’s horticulture department, “But there is evidence that plants respond to sound.” In fact, plants react readily to a host of environmental stimuli, as the ability to respond to changing environments is vital to their survival. Explains Marini, “Wind or vibration will induce changes in plant growth. Since sound is essentially vibration, my guess is that vibration is causing a response.”

Research supports Marini’s guess. A 2007 paper from scientists at South Korea’s National Institute of Agricultural Biotechnology proposed that two genes involved in a plant’s response to light—known as rbcS and Ald—are turned on by music played at 70 decibels. “This is about the level of a normal conversation,” says Marini. The Korean researchers found differing responses depending on the frequency of the sound. The higher the frequency, the more active was the gene response. ...”

“In a month-long study performed by the Royal Horticultural Society, researchers discovered that talking to your plants really can help them grow faster. They also found that plants grow faster to the sound of a female voice than to a male voice.

In the month-long study, the Royal Horticultural Society recorded ten people reading from either literary or scientific works, both men and women, and played their voices through a set of headphones that was attached to each tomato plant’s pot (so, one tomato plant per person.) The same tomato variety was used, same soil, same care regimen, etc.

They also included two plants that were not read to as a control. At the end of the month, the plants that had been attached to female voices grew an average of an inch taller than those attached to a male voice. The overall winning tomato listened to Sarah Darwin, great-great-granddaughter of Charles Darwin. Her plant grew approximately two inches taller than the rest.”

If it’s so healthy, then why do they have to lie so much push this agenda? Why do they ignore all the health problems associated with it?

Going hard core keto here. 2 weeks in I’ve lost 10 pounds! The more I read the more I’m finding out that this WOE (way of eating) vs. the WSD (western standard diet) is healing people of diseases and chronic illnesses that have been plaguing these folks for years! It’s not just sheddding the pounds it’s healing the body.

It’s a life change one must make to stay healthy and you all saying that man was designed to eat this way are 100% correct! The sad thing is the govt. and the food industry and the medical establishment are not on board. But discussing that makes me very very discouraged. They aren’t on our side for the most part. Some are coming along, most just aren’t and it really really makes me sad to know that I know more than some so called nutrition experts and doctors. Horrifying actually it really shouldn’t be this way but what’s new?
