Terry OSullivan, president of the 600,000-plus-member Laborers International Union of North America (LiUNA), often referred to as the Laborers Union, said that if Obamacare is not fixed, then it needs to be repealed.
At a convention in Las Vegas of the AFL-CIO, with which the Laborers Union is affiliated, OSullivan took to the podium to endorse a proposition and then launched into a criticism of Obamacare, how it is hurting union members health coverage, and demanded it be fixed, adding that if it is not fixed, labor will make the issue a big fricking deal.
He continued, We cant have the unintended consequences for the proud men and women that we represent to be collateral damage in the health care fight in this country. Were getting our a-- kicked here, there, and everywhere when it comes to retirement securityand now our health and welfare funds are under siege.

They need to deal with what their betters have given them.
You get what you paid for. No sympathy from me, Hoffatrons. Enjoy the death panels.
Little late to the party. Now we’ll see if Great Leader really loves the unions or if he just charmed and used them with those good speeches.
I find the squirming of nobama lovers interesting...and entertaining.

their endorsement of Obama
Karma can be cruel, but it is always just...
The useful idiots get their “oh-n0” moment, but too late.
What they voted for. What they wanted.
My favorite story of the day:

Senator Cruz Obamacare Fact of the Day (IRS workers union seeks Husseincare exemption)
The union representing IRS workers tasked with enforcing Obamacare vocally opposes participation in the laws exchanges. IRS union leaders provided their members with a form letter expressing concern with legislation to push federal employees out of the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program and into the insurance exchanges established under the Affordable Care Act.
We mustn’t forget Scott Walker for kicking off this Union angst. Look for the label, then buy something else!
Dear AFL-CIO,
Now that your drunken power stupor dreams are not realized, may I point you to a little known (these days) organization called the SA of old. See they did charming work right up to the point of the night of the long knives. Or, is it you actually DO understand? Either way, I’m smiling because your time is due and its yours doing it to you.
And if he gets his waiver? ObamaCare is great? We got ours, to hell with everyone else? Just asking out loud.
They will still give 98% of their money to the Dems next election.
Pray America is Waking Up
As soon as it is funded for another year, obama will grant the unions waivers. Where he gets this power is beyond me. That’s what conservatives should be screaming about.
This must be the part where they “find out what’s in it”
That’s what Cruz did a good job of talking about in the filibuster - saying that if you don’t have the money to hire a lobbyist or get invited to the White House you’re fresh outta luck. The “little people” that Obamacare was supposedly created to help are the ones stuck paying the tab for the rich, influential people who were able to phenangle a waiver - including Congress.
The thing that stood out to me was the constant message: make DC listen. So many stories were read, all of them reflecting a world of hurt, and the cold critters just shrug their shoulders and say too bad, we’re looking out for number one. In a city where the love of most really has gone cold, Cruz and his friends lit one small candle - hearts that were ready to listen and care about somebody besides number one. A profound thing, really.
Cantor and Boehner (and apparently McCain, McConnell, Cornyn, Ayotte, etc, possibly including both of my NE senators) are ready to throw those “little people” under the bus and let them suffer, for the chance to say, “It’s the Senate dems’ fault”. But those humble servants who stayed awake on the Senate floor last night did so for love of the “little people” and their hopes and dreams. Lonely little petunias in an onion patch...
That's what this is really all about. And believe me, the ones being exempted are absolutely fine with it.
Cruz and several others made note of the lawlessness of Obama in granting waivers, choosing which parts to enforce, etc. The unasked question is what will ever be done to stop a lawless man from doing whatever he wants, REGARDLESS of what Congress passes?
Last week Obama waived the law prohibiting the US from giving aid to terrorists, so he could arm the Islamist terrorists in Syria. And then the very next day he waived the laws so he could take more guns away from Americans (I’m tired and my memory is bad so I don’t remember the details). This guy waltzes roughshod over EVERY check and balance that’s ever been put into place. He is a man of total lawlessness. And the whole system just watches...
