Can’t think of anything new so they haul out the oldies and remake them. Then they think the public will pay $50 to see them???

Love him or hare him, Arnie ‘is’ the original Terminator movies. Without him you get Terminator Salvation. Decent movie, but ...

Ugh. Haven’t we seen enough of this inanity already?

I’m sure it will be just as good as the Total Recall reboot or the Conan the Barbarian Reboot

More remakes....geez. America’s entertainment industry is mostly living off the carcass of its past.

Why can't Hollywood ever do something original like Joss Whedon's new film Much Ado About Nothing... oh, wait.

Yawn.
Wake me up when they make something original. Or go OOB.

Arnold was essential for those movies. The only person who could deliver that line and send worse chills up your spine would be Obama. THAT would be scary!

I’d rather just watch the old ones. The first two.
Even the one with Edward Furlong, before he became some sort of hideous beast, was very good.

Terminator Trivia: OJ Simpson had been pitched for the lead role in the Terminator, but James Cameron shot it down because he thought Simpson would not be convincing as a cold, calculating killer.

If done right (like that’s ever going to happen), it could be good. The original was done the way it was because the director had almost no money in the budget.
A “Terminator” with a non-distinctive actor might be interesting, as it could allow for a much more tense scenario. Arnie was, face it, pretty distinctive. No way you could miss him in a crowd, but someone a la Robert Patrick could be way creepier. Maybe Crispin Glover as the new terminator?
And, I’d be interested to see if they reboot “Predator” with one of its original ideas, that the “monster” was actually an escaped military experiment (either robotic or engineered-human) that the main characters’ team is tricked into hunting and destroying.

Nooooo! I love the originals. Let. This. Be. Wasn’t effing up Star Wars with those dopey ‘pre-quels’ enough for them?
How about an updated ‘Highlander,’ though? THAT, I could live with!
