COLUMBIA, S.C. — People on hand for a news conference at the South Carolina statehouse got quite a surprise after a woman showed up half-naked.
The incident was caught on camera.
Officials were in Columbia to promote the state’s zero tolerance litter campaign when the woman walked up wearing a bra, underwear and shoes.
Officers quickly took the 42-year-old woman into custody.
She is charged with disorderly conduct.
There is still no word on the reason behind her half-naked frolic.
“Who among us can claim that we’ve never shown up at the state house half nekkid. These kinds of things happen.”

I’ll admit my memory ain’t what it used to be but I think I would have remembered a thing like that and I don’t.
G-d, I miss this place.
I remember taking a walk on a European beach with Mrs. Gamecock, way back in 1991.
We stumbled across a nude beach and I can tell you based on that one experience a nude beach is one of those things that may sound good.........
