I sent Pro Flowers an email telling them I'll never buy Sherrie's Berries or Pro Flowers again. And I said it was because of their poor treatment of Rush Limbaugh, a GREAT AMERICAN.
Here is the short response I just got back:
"Thank you for contacting us. We appreciate your email and thank you for openly expressing your opinions. Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with our team."
RUSH said that a couple of advertisers are begging him to come back.
That’s the same canned message I got for my contact; but I was less-diplomatic and told them to shove the flowers up their politically-correct/hypocritical asses.....
I can’t stand Proflowers. I made the mistake of buying something from them -— what came was not remotely as advertised and there were all sorts of hidden fees.
To top it off, I am constantly spammed by them and related companies (”proplants”) — everything, despite REPEATEDLY following their procedure to get off the spam list.
That’s the industry standard reply for ALL complaints.
What would you expect them to do? Personally answer your issues?

Not sure if anyone of significance have read you letter.
Rush said today there are 2 sponsors that have asked to come back. Said he needed to be careful...did say yet the outcome.

Customer ‘Service’ boilerplate which means “Your email has been deleted...”
Have you ever called a company or a bank or a government department and gotten a response asking you to hold saying “Your call is important to us...” ( blah blah blah)
Do you HONESTLY believe that your call is important to them?
That’s how this e-mail reads like.
If you have ever submitted your resume online to apply for a job and received a form letter telling you they’ve received your application and will consider it, and then NEVER, EVER hear back from them again...
Well, that’s what happened to your e-mail with Pro-Flowers.
I actually had an account with Pro Flowers so when I called to close it, I was offered a discount on my next 3 orders!
I told them to shove it and to close my account and it is closed.
Tell them, tough cookies.
They made their Sleep Number Bed, now they have to lie in them.........

got it too...rush was elated in the opening today...slammed their smear campaign to the floor.
Call them.
Yesterday when I called. She didn’t ask me why I was not using her company any longer. I said, “You failed to ask why I will no longer use your service. It is because your company has chosen to withdraw advertising from the Rush Limbuagh show.” She responded, “Yes, I thought that was the reason.”
Even in this economy, I hope that go out of business. Sorry for the hate. I’m allowed because I’m a sinful human and I don’t really mean it, I’m just still mad at what they are doing to Rush.
Is Carbonite on that list?
If they are, and I were Rush, I’d tell them to go p*ss up a rope.
