When I worked on Capitol Hill, the standard response at the end of all letters was “your concerns will receive the attention that they deserve”(meaning,”stop bothering me; I only need constituents for fund raising and November votes”)

I sent an email to carbonite telling them that because they cancelled Rush, I went with Crashplan instead of carbonite.

They sent me a survey axing me how I liked their {carbonite} customer service and would I recommend carbonite to other prospective users.

Big Balls, bad auto email reply.
