I don't know why it took so long, but Mayor Bloomberg finally took out a lot of garbage last night.
Just saw a post that a real judge upheld the action.

Just saw a post that a real judge upheld the action. I just saw that on Fox Business. It's a good day! I have no understanding of how the stinky ones got a judge to block the rights of the property owner in the first place.

Oh, that story stinks alright. In the middle of the night the National Lawyers Guild lawyers called the judge at home. She had been an ACLU staffer before taking the bench. They got the duty clerk to assign the case to her by saying she had already been contacted. The judge went to the lawyers' offices and signed their TRO.
She was supposed to be working in a division taking real estate cases.
So, when the clerk's personnel came to work they took her off the case and reassigned it by their random assignment system, which should have been done in the first place.
It was totally corrupt judge shopping. IMHO, the first judge should be thrown off the bench for participating in such a scheme.

About 20 years ago the state of South Carolina decided enough was enough and outlawed the wildly popular barroom game/entertainment/competition known as ‘dwarf tossing’. Most unhappy with the law were the participating dwarves, who had been making a bundle in gratuities...as well as their percentage of the winnings.
For a mental image, just picture the famous fish-tossing at the Seattle fish market and you’re spot on!

Maybe he’s owned a bar at some point. I saw my old man haul more than one drunk jerk out the door of his joint using exactly the same method.

Because liberal judges don’t give a damn about the law or the constitution, or good / evil or right / wrong. All they care about is implementing their dangerously defective liberal ideology.

You sure thats a Marine? Never seen my son dress like that. Ever Say what?
There's a reason Marines are also called "jarhead." ;o) Look at that haircut.
That said, my son is a former Marine- now a businessman and he wears business suits to work, not his Marine Uniform?
 Not quite understanding your statement.
