Just saw a post that a real judge upheld the action.

I just saw that on Fox Business. It's a good day! I have no understanding of how the stinky ones got a judge to block the rights of the property owner in the first place.

Oh, that story stinks alright. In the middle of the night the National Lawyers Guild lawyers called the judge at home. She had been an ACLU staffer before taking the bench. They got the duty clerk to assign the case to her by saying she had already been contacted. The judge went to the lawyers' offices and signed their TRO.

She was supposed to be working in a division taking real estate cases.

So, when the clerk's personnel came to work they took her off the case and reassigned it by their random assignment system, which should have been done in the first place.

It was totally corrupt judge shopping. IMHO, the first judge should be thrown off the bench for participating in such a scheme.

“I just saw that on Fox Business. It’s a good day! I have no understanding of how the stinky ones got a judge to block the rights of the property owner in the first place.”

Because liberal judges don’t give a damn about the law or the constitution, or good / evil or right / wrong. All they care about is implementing their dangerously defective liberal ideology.
