This video was taken in Anchorage, AK. back in June 2008. A good Friday video to get you ready for the weekend. The person who took the video had this to say about the day they took the video;
"It was a warm day and mother was lying down next to the shed for a couple of hours. We finally realized that she was overheated so I put the sprinkler out for her and her little one discovered it first. I wasn't nervous because the mother is a neighborhood moose and has been coming to our yard for years with her little ones. Neighborhood moose are generally comfortable with people unless their little ones are brand new."

Twins! That is just the cutest thing and has made my day. Thanks for posting. I’m glad all the people stayed indoors.

Isn’t it cute that the mama moose looks happy that her baby is having fun?

Anchorage is a great place to live. No other location like it.
Our resident deer population would be a lot more enjoyable if they didn’t eat my impatiens at just the moment they reach the peak of perfection.
