Members from all three branches of the Federal government already know that Barack Hussein Obama is ineligible for the office of President. National leaders, to include members of the US Supreme Court, already know that Barack Hussein Obama is not a “natural born citizen” of the United States of America, and therefore, is ineligible for the office he currently holds.
What they don’t know is how long it will take for most Americans to figure it out, or what to do about it.
The diversionary search for an authentic birth certificate is ongoing and Obama has now spent in excess of $2 million in legal fees to keep that search alive.
Eric Holder’s Department of Justice continues to deploy taxpayer funded attorneys around the country to file dismissals on behalf of Obama, denying all American citizens access to the courts as a peaceful remedy, which only fuels the fire of discontent and the questions about Obama persist.
Michelle Obama states that Kenya is Barack’s “home country.” She knows, after twenty years with Barack. The Ambassador or Kenya has confirmed the same His family friends all know it, and are in fact quite proud of the fact that Americans had no hesitation in electing a “black man from Kenya” as President of the United States.
The US Supreme Court knows what the constitutional condition of “natural born citizen” means. Even the most far left member of that court, Justice Ginsberg, is on record proclaiming that a “natural born citizen” is a birth child of TWO legal US citizens.
Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi knows that Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible for the office of president, which is why she refused to certify the following language when certifying Obama as the DNC candidate for president in 2008.(continued)

IMO the story that birth announcements were published as the result of a list provided to the newspapers is nothing but a myth. There were over 150 births per week in Honolulu in 1961. The papers printed less than half this number. How did they decide who to include and who to leave out? How did they know to delay the announcement of the birth of the Nordyke twins...an announcement for twins is often delayed according to their health, only the parents would make that decision, when the announcement should appear.
Below, are the current conditions printed by the Honolulu Advertiser. There’s no mention of a list from Vital Statistics...we need to know if the same conditions applied in 1961. Did they then require a photo-copy of a birth certificate from the State, to place an announcement?

The Advertiser publishes announcements up to six months after the baby’s birth. Only parents named on the birth certificate can be mentioned. At least one parent must be a current or former Hawai’i resident or Hawai’i-stationed military member.

Barack Obama's first Executive Order, 13489, was regarding the release of Presidential Records stored in the National Archives and maintained by the National Archivist. The National Archives do not maintain or administer the Hawaii vital records or university transcripts to which birthers want access.
Additionally, Obama's EO 13489 revoked Bush's EO 13233 on Presidential Records, which revoked Reagan's EO 12667 on Presidential Records.
Well, the point is that biding our time until after November may be the best course of action... and the Supremes know this... hence their “evading” of the issue.

The birth announcements O’Reily holds up are very easy to explain. The woman was in Kenya when her son was born but the communist grandparents were in Hawaii. So, an announcement was put in the paper and a Certificate of Live Birth was issued. Bill O is right in saying they had no idea he was going to run for president one day because it has nothing to with it. This all happened because of his grandparents getting their first grandson.
well he is the POTUS. The Clintons never raised this eligibility issue through their surrogates in the media while on the stump. The SoS of hawaii certified his eligibility. The only way his eligibility can be determined is through Congress and you know that will never happen. Obama can be stopped in 2012 that is the only certainty that can be measured.
The public will know it is real after Rev. James David Manning gets his way with Columbia. Starting to have legs after all his angel of going after Obama.
