I’m not sure. If they were combined with conventional explosives, they could cloud an area with radioactive material which could be lethal, I suppose. I doubt very much that this would be a planned strategy, however.
I think the whole thing is unlikely, just becuase it cannot technically be pulled off.

I am of the belief that Phil Berg was the cintoon effrrot to get the issue before the American public, and that they were threatened not to raise the issue directly. Hillary could not have won the election against McCain and Palin without the black vote. And the Obama extortion was that the black vote would not be delivered if she raised the issue. She saw the ‘efficacy’ of shutting up and cooperating with those more powerful than she and the sinkEmperor.
