As of today, September 4, 2009, this Affidavit has been filed with the United States District Court in Southern California ~ represented by Orly Taitz.
This is a legal affidavit that declares Lucas Smith to be of sound mind and judgement. Lucas can go to jail if he lied on this affidavit.
The document (Certified COPY of Obama Kenyan Birth Certificate) you see here, once it is validated by the court, is pretty much the proverbial “smoking gun.”

Now I understand why someone spent so much time and energy to make the fake “punked” birth certificate earlier.

Don’t know for sure but it goes back decades if not centuries. Europeans often do it slightly differently to reduce confusion - they use roman numerals for the month so for August 7 1961 you might see 7/viii/1961 but they still put the month in the middle, not first.
You must not have heard, Bill O’Reilly says “the factor” investigated and this is “bogus”.
Putting that uncertainty in people's minds cannot hurt and at this point IF he finally says “Ok here's my lousy $18 BC” people will say “why didnt you do that before”

Including the troublesome placement of the dates, I also see nothing British style in the information, but birth information in the US is usually supplied by the mother to the doctor and Obama’s mother was from Kansas.

But is this supposed to be an original BC from way back when... or a recently generated copy of a BC, like Zero’s 2007 copy of his COLB is supposed to be.
If it’s a new doc created from the original info, there should be no problem with the uniformity and the modern look.
I don’t have a firm opinion one way or the other, but I sure would like to have the truth revealed before I’m old and gray.

Bill O’Reilly is such a tool! He only cares about book sales and ratings. He lost me for good when he disputed the birth issue. So much for the “No Spin Zone”!
As I look at it again, I see that it actually does look like a typewritten form. I note the top curves of the first typed row are faded as if the paper were not rolled flat against the platen as you would find on an actual typewritten page. Also, some of the numbers such as the seven are larger as many old manual type styles were. Another distinguishment is that some of the closed letters appear to have the centers smudged, also exactly as a real typed form would have, with excess ribbon ink buildup.
