Basically, it comes down to this. I made a promise to my family get off of here, but continued to break that promise. There is sufficient momentum for the birth certificate issue to where any further research is unnecessary.
The fact that Hawaii refuses to authenticate or acknowledge producing the COLB that the libs insist that is real, along with the statements made to me by Dr. Alvin Onaka in late October, pretty much nixes any hope by the opposition that a real Obama 2007 COLB exists.
The libs can refute my research all they want, but it's not going change the reality that they are arguing about a nonexistent document.
It is they who are on the wrong side of reality, not me.

If anyone believes that the one and only scan image was produced by what appears in the Factcheck photos, then there is seriously something wrong with their eyesight.
There is nothing wrong with the eyesight of scores of FReepers who saw shadows under the letters on the Factcheck photograph of a "real COLB."

The image above is the photo I took of a real COLB using the same make and model of camera as Factcheck, except that I had a real COLB. The one on the bottom is the image with the shadows. Those pink arrows are pointing to them.
I would sincerely love to hear how the opposition explains those, but I gotta go.
I also leave with the challenge I made but never taken:
Make a real scan, naturally and honestly, that looks like the alleged "scan image."
No one can. It's impossible for several reasons. The colors of this image are so far off from the actual colors contained in a real COLB scan, that you cannot get there without extensive manipulation of the color curves.
Secondly, the background image and the text were deliberately subjected to heavy sharpening using an Unsharp Mask - but they were not done at the same time.
Lastly, that "funky" border, as one of my favorite critics described it, will not be exactly reproducible from any scanned COLB border in existence.
"Close" only counts in horseshoes.
No way. No how.
Oh, you may get close after playing around with all of the controls in Photoshop, but you will not get the border pattern right.
I know because I reproduced it (middle image), and I know how it was done - it was made separately and added to the image.

Rather than ragging on my research, which is what I do better than anyone, go ahead and do your own.

Oh, I forgot. You have to get a real COLB to do it.
Isn't it funny that none, nada, zip, zero of my critics has ever made a real COLB scan from a real COLB in over a year since I began my research, and actualy replicated what I did.
They'll make up some excuse for not reading all of my research report, like it was "too painful to read," and so forth. Then, they will do their own thing which is not remotely close to my thing.
Well, don't be discouraged: Factcheck never had a real COLB, either.

You posted your apology on July 31 but 2 days later you weren’t very apologetic. If you had not originally posted the CoLB date claim that you did, Polarik would never have keyed up on you... so expecting him to apologize might be a bit much.

In fact, he showed that you can't "release" a web image of a single side of a document and call that releasing the document. Only releasing the physical document for all to inspect will suffice.

I'm struck by the word until in that statement. Do you mean to imply that you dealt with him dishonestly at some point in the exchange between the two of you? Are you implying that his suspicion about your intentions or his lack of response is reason on your part to stop dealing "above board" with him? Please clarify.
Tell you what, convince me all over again, tell me that story about the three locations of the date stamping machines in the Hawaii office, and how that nice woman you spoke to on the telephone on several occasions offered to trace your original application. If it all ends making sense to me, I'll say sorry.

IIRC the ‘apology’ was addressed to ‘All’ which I found strange at the time.
Take off kevmo I pinged everyone on the thread with the apology. I am not going to post private emails any longer, Particularly not for someone who is acting like a 3rd grader as you are.
Polarik is responsible for his own actions or lack there of. I had nothing to do with him leaving. He never responded to me, and it is not as if I am Jean S or Kristinn or Jim Robinson or anyone like that. I don’t have that kind of power here and I am not going to pretend to. I know that Polarik has reason to do what he is doing, and no I am not going to discuss that with YOU either. I don’t blame him for what he is doing in leaving here either. One email with an explanation or a sorry would have done just fine. Its not as if he doesn’t have my private email he does. He could have done so at any time. It is my conclusion that he has reason not to. What that reason is.... Impossible to say.
That being said, I didn’t have anything to do with his leaving. As if I could have done that anyway! HA! You are a joke. Polarik has far bigger things to worry about than some housewife in the sticks. And yes the fact he did not do any of what I mentioned above DOES say something about the man, and Arrogance is just a start. Did he do some good research, yea he proved that what was posted on line was an altered scan of Obama’s COLB. He didn’t and could not have proved that a certified copy of Obama’s COLB does or does not exist.
No one can prove the authenticity of a document by a PICTURE of said document. Polarik proved that what Fact Check posted etc were altered photos/scans. Good for him! He deserves great credit for that.
He did not and can not prove that the actual document that Obama has dated 2007 isn’t a legitimate document with out handling it, and that is not something he has done. Neither has anyone else, even HDH won’t certify that whats posted on the internet is real, because they can’t, no one can! You have to see the real document itself to do that.
No one has yet proved that the actual COLB pictured on the internet is not real. All they have proved is that the Images of that COLB have been altered. Why do you think we are clamoring for the real deal? The full file? In front of Judges and juries and witnesses? It isn’t for the sheer fun I am telling you!
I offered to help. I tried to help. I made two mistakes, 1)I made a mistake in the ordering dates, and
2)even bothering to try and help to begin with. That by far was the biggest one and thanks to you and a few others, rest assured, I won’t be doing again, no matter how important.
Next time I have something to add that may expose me to either vitriol like yours and a few others, or potentially expose myself or my family to unwanted attention, you can BET that because of people like YOU who refuse to take an apology and MOVE ON, you can bet I won’t do it and history be damned. The thread title is posted up a few posts. I am sick of defending myself. I did nothing wrong. I made a mistake, I owned that mistake, admitted it, apologized for it, and thats it.
Is an apology genuine and can it be accepted if one persists in denigrating the reputation of the person to whom one offered the apology? I’m very confused about that apology.
I dealt with no one dishonestly at ANY point about anything. And when it came up as ME being in the “mistake zone” I admitted it freely and fully.
