Take off kevmo I pinged everyone on the thread with the apology. I am not going to post private emails any longer, Particularly not for someone who is acting like a 3rd grader as you are.
Polarik is responsible for his own actions or lack there of. I had nothing to do with him leaving. He never responded to me, and it is not as if I am Jean S or Kristinn or Jim Robinson or anyone like that. I don’t have that kind of power here and I am not going to pretend to. I know that Polarik has reason to do what he is doing, and no I am not going to discuss that with YOU either. I don’t blame him for what he is doing in leaving here either. One email with an explanation or a sorry would have done just fine. Its not as if he doesn’t have my private email he does. He could have done so at any time. It is my conclusion that he has reason not to. What that reason is.... Impossible to say.
That being said, I didn’t have anything to do with his leaving. As if I could have done that anyway! HA! You are a joke. Polarik has far bigger things to worry about than some housewife in the sticks. And yes the fact he did not do any of what I mentioned above DOES say something about the man, and Arrogance is just a start. Did he do some good research, yea he proved that what was posted on line was an altered scan of Obama’s COLB. He didn’t and could not have proved that a certified copy of Obama’s COLB does or does not exist.
No one can prove the authenticity of a document by a PICTURE of said document. Polarik proved that what Fact Check posted etc were altered photos/scans. Good for him! He deserves great credit for that.
He did not and can not prove that the actual document that Obama has dated 2007 isn’t a legitimate document with out handling it, and that is not something he has done. Neither has anyone else, even HDH won’t certify that whats posted on the internet is real, because they can’t, no one can! You have to see the real document itself to do that.
No one has yet proved that the actual COLB pictured on the internet is not real. All they have proved is that the Images of that COLB have been altered. Why do you think we are clamoring for the real deal? The full file? In front of Judges and juries and witnesses? It isn’t for the sheer fun I am telling you!
I offered to help. I tried to help. I made two mistakes, 1)I made a mistake in the ordering dates, and
2)even bothering to try and help to begin with. That by far was the biggest one and thanks to you and a few others, rest assured, I won’t be doing again, no matter how important.
Next time I have something to add that may expose me to either vitriol like yours and a few others, or potentially expose myself or my family to unwanted attention, you can BET that because of people like YOU who refuse to take an apology and MOVE ON, you can bet I won’t do it and history be damned. I am glad that I can say however, I made a mistake, I took responsibility for it, and owned up to it 100%.

***You’re the one who had misgivings about moving on, expecting an apology from Polarik after it was shown that you caused the initial trouble. You didn’t even post your apology to him. It’s easy to see that you’re the one acting like a 3rd grader, and it’s possible that all of FR has to suffer because of your mistakes & sour attitude.

One cannot prove that a document is genuine from an image, but one CAN prove that the document is FAKE.
Remember the bazillions of dollars in bearer bonds being smuggled from Switzerland to Italy earlier this year? The Fed was able to unquestionably determine that they were fake from a couple low rez faxes.
Genuine Kennedy era documents simply could not have images of the Space Shuttle.
