On the eve of a hearing that might have determined the legality of Army Reserve Major Stefan Cook’s deployment orders to Afghanistan, the Pentagon revoked the orders without explanation. Major Cook’s attorney, Orly Taitz, had filed a motion requesting a temporary restraining order in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, seeking to delay the deployment until the authority of the chain of command through which the order was issued was properly established. Specifically, the motion demanded proof of the validity of Barack Obama’s claim to the presidency of the United States and, consequently, to the office of Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. Major Cook argued that Mr. Obama’s eligibility to the presidency has not been properly shown and sought production of the President’s long form birth certificate. I reported yesterday that the Army’s cancellation of the order was seen by his attorney as a tacit admission by the Administration that Mr. Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States, as required by the Constitution. Moreover, according to his attorney, Major Cook was simultaneously separated from his civilian employment with a government contractor, allegedly as the result of pressure from the Army. In response, the litigation was amended to challenge the Army’s alleged retaliatory action against Major Cook. Today, the court dismissed the lawsuit and instructed her to refile the case in Florida, where the Plaintiff was employed. The case had been filed originally in Georgia because Major Cook had been ordered to report to Ft. Benning as the starting point of his Afghanistan deployment. Like a never-ending soap opera, the maneuvering to avoid production of the Obama long form birth certificate promises to continue to unfold without any attempt on the part of the Administration to bring it to an end.
Our soldiers should not be used for things like this. The Left will destroy this kid.

I keep hammering away on this. Its the 39 Social Security numbers that will take him down!! According to Taitz’ PI when O was in Harvard he used a number scalped from some old guy from CT who would be 119 now. Thats Identity theft, many more tracks to try to cover over on that one.
If he is not legally elected all bills he signed into law are null and void....why bother rushing to pass them?
This issue is going to grow like a wild fire.

Don’t knock it. We are officially the largest muslim nation — Obama says so. Does anyone know of a muslim nation that does not have 3rd world status?
The best-case outcome is a battle of expert forensic witnesses where one side says it is valid and the other says it isn't. Would drag out for ages. And this is asssuming the document isn't authenticated by Hawaiian authorities, in which case no one would care what an opposing hired expert says.
There is nothing wrong with thinking about this issue on a level beyond the simplistic "either he produces a paper or he is Kenyan" level. It won't be that easy for them - so you shouldn't frame it that way and make it easy.
Or do you want the next round to be a chorus of people saying "they'll never be satisfied with anything. they said they wanted the paper, but when we gave them the paper then they wanted something else."? And so on.

Yes! But that will all get reversed when Obama is judged ineligible.
