Feds grant eminent domain as collateral to China for US debts.

Beijing, China -- Sources at the United States Embassy in Beijing China have just CONFIRMED to me that the United States of America has tendered to China a written agreement which grants to the People's Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China's con More..tinued purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves!

The written agreement was brought to Beijing by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and was formalized and agreed-to during her recent trip to China.

This means that in the event the US Government defaults on its financial obligations to China, the Communist Government of China would be permitted to physically take -- inside the USA -- land, buildings, factories, perhaps even entire cities - to satisfy the financial obligations of the US government.

Put simply, the feds have now actually mortgaged the physical land and property of all citizens and businesses in the United States. They have given to a foreign power, their Constitutional power to "take" all of our property, as actual collateral for continued Chinese funding of US deficit spending and the continued carrying of US national debt.

This is an unimaginable betrayal of every man, woman and child in the USA. An outrage worthy of violent overthrow.

I am endeavoring to obtain images or copies of the actual document but in the interim, several different sources both in the US and in China have CONFIRMED this to me.

The Federal government does not have the Constitutional authority to conclude such an agreement.

That means there's nothing to stop them.

I heard about this a while back. I sure would like to get a confirm. It seems beyond belief but considering what now lives in the WH I would not be surprised.

It greatly pains me to have to admit that people on the right lie almost as much as those on the left. As the late Dr Michael Crichton wisely observed, we live in the disinformation age. I need some hard proof to believe this particular story.

Absolutely. That type of agreement has to be ratified.

I’m surprised this thread is still here. The last two or three were pulled quickly.

Maybe it’s the disclaimer you used.

Most rumors have some basis in fact. I believe this one does.

Remember, this is a leak. So we don't know if true.

It's not.

It is apparent, however, that Hillary offered them something to take on our debt.

They want to buy our debt. It drives up our currency relative to theirs, helping their export industries.

There is a rich store of nativist and jingoistic Yellow Peril material from the 19th and early 20th Century, that illustrates the apprehension this supposed development evokes.

If true, it would probably lead to Civil War. I doubt O would be so obvious.

I don’t think we need to offer the Chinese any incentives to buy our debt.

They have to do something with their dollars, and though it may seem strange, all the other currencies are in worse shape than the USD.

It sounds ridiculous, but this is a time for ridiculous measures like a 3.6 trillion budget with a 1.8 trillion deficit that obama proposed.

Basically, our treasury notes may be worthless and the chinese may want to dump them if not for some guarantee.

Dumping the notes by the chinese would cause a worldwide run on the dollar effectively “bombing the world back to the stone age”.

"Legally, Congress would have to ratify such an agreement."

Back in the days of the Constitution you would have been correct.

Legally, Congress would have to ratify such an agreement.

First, legality means nothing to this Congress. Second, it might be buried in the porkulus package. But, how would we know, no one read it!
