Sorry for the vanity. The young lady's name is Jody and she was on the Ken Dunbar show at 6 pm CST tonight on Plains. The case will be heard at a Federal Court near Autin in the morning.

Interesting.

My daughter and her husband live in Williamson County, Texas. Her husband in a corporate lawyer there. (and a staunch Republican)

I’ll have to e-mail her about this.

Maybe he can call Plains Radio. Orly Taitz flew in from CA tonight according to Ed at Plains.

Say a prayer. Maybe Texas will save the Republic.

Plaintiff has not suffered damages.

If O is a usurper, I fail to see how we have not suffered damages in the tune of $170M of taxpayer expense.

excerpted from text of filing:

“2.2. Mr. Barack H. Obama is a candidate for United States Office of the President. However, Mr. Obama must meet the qualifications specified for the United States Office of the President, which is, he must be a “natural born” citizen. Mr. Obama has failed to demonstrate that he is a
“natural born” citizen. There are other legal challenges before the Federal Courts regarding aspects of lost or dual citizenship.”

“2.3. The Texas State office of Secretary of State is responsible for the veracity of the Texas State election process from verifying ahead of time the qualification of the voters, the ballots themselves, the candidates and the final counting and certification of results. That office is intended to be non-biased and to provide the critical sense of fairness and correctness necessary for the people to have faith in the fundamental underpinnings of the democratic basis for our republic.”

The not suffering damages is what blows my mind.

How can a citizen not suffer damages if their President is not eligible to be President.

The election was fraudulent. This is one of the damages.

I would not hold my breath on this, but I do think there is a serious issue on his eligibility.

It will eventually come out. Possibly by records at Columbia or Occidental Colleges. Possibly by English records of birth in Kenya. Possibly by passport data for his trip before college to Pakistan.

To believe him, you must completely suppress all disbelief.

Mr. Obama’s mother’s passport should prove interesting reading, especially dating back to the time when she left Kenya with her new born son.

Case after case after case...ignored by the media. I do care as much about the outcome, but it truly disturbs me to watch the indifference our country pays to this...It is almost more disturbing.

If this had been a Republican election...well, enuff said!!!

So, how is this any different from the other cases where the person was ruled to lack the standing to sue?

I think this one has a face to face with a judge in the state of Texas. Texans generally take the Constitution seriously.

This post is an embarrassment to FR.

Case In Federal Court

filed a lawsuit in Federal Court in Texas

Filed in District Court for the 368th Judicial Distric, Williamson County, Texas

heard at a Federal Court near Autin in the morning.

At least try to keep your story straight. Make up your mind whether you want to say that it is in federal court (which you do 3 times) or in state court (once).

And which "Federal Court near Austin" would that be. There's one in Austin, one in Waco, one in San Antonio. There ISN'T one in Williamson County. http://www.txwd.uscourts.gov/default1.asp

One of the ladies who posts here did a good analysis tonight on a Berg thread. Anderson filed a amicus breif to Berg’s case that SCOTUS accepted.

Anderson is reserve military and it was an interpleader. Insurnace companies do this when they ask the judge - who do we pay? Anderson asked if he has to take orders if someone may not be eligible. He is asking the court to answer that question.

I pointed out that the citizenry can get stiff armed but what happens when you stiff arm the military? How fast could the information on these cases spread through the military? When the military starts getting nervous about the govt in free countries - things can go haywire as they have in many western countries in the 20th Century.

Our system is based on faith in the system and laws - specifically the Constitution. The financial system is in bad shape because it runs on faith and faith is gone. This is why banks are not lending. Judges rewriting loans banks made. Why lend money when the rules and laws change daily.

Failing to follow laws and make things up on the fly causes chaos. Who swears an oath to the Constitution and knows a bit about the Constitution? Members of the military. They are sworn to uphold it.

I wonder if a person had standing if they lost a child in the Iraq war?
