Sorry for the vanity. The young lady's name is Jody and she was on the Ken Dunbar show at 6 pm CST tonight on Plains. The case will be heard at a Federal Court near Autin in the morning.

Interesting.
My daughter and her husband live in Williamson County, Texas. Her husband in a corporate lawyer there. (and a staunch Republican)
I’ll have to e-mail her about this.

Plaintiff has not suffered damages.
If O is a usurper, I fail to see how we have not suffered damages in the tune of $170M of taxpayer expense.

Case after case after case...ignored by the media. I do care as much about the outcome, but it truly disturbs me to watch the indifference our country pays to this...It is almost more disturbing.
If this had been a Republican election...well, enuff said!!!

So, how is this any different from the other cases where the person was ruled to lack the standing to sue?

This post is an embarrassment to FR.
Case In Federal Court
filed a lawsuit in Federal Court in Texas
Filed in District Court for the 368th Judicial Distric, Williamson County, Texas
heard at a Federal Court near Autin in the morning.
At least try to keep your story straight. Make up your mind whether you want to say that it is in federal court (which you do 3 times) or in state court (once).
And which "Federal Court near Austin" would that be. There's one in Austin, one in Waco, one in San Antonio. There ISN'T one in Williamson County. http://www.txwd.uscourts.gov/default1.asp

I wonder if a person had standing if they lost a child in the Iraq war?

I went to school in Georgetown where this courthouse is.

Orly Taitz also has a case filed in Federal Court (Santa Ana, CA.).

Have you heard any updates with regards to the Orly Taitz case (Lightfoot vs. Bowen) scheduled for SCOTUS “Conference” on January 23? Is it on the docket?

Jody A. Brockhausen vs Esparanza Andrade, Office of the Secretary of State Case #081001C3368 Filed in District Court for the 368th Judicial Distric, Williamson County, Texas
You need to get your facts straighten out and understand that this is a Texas State Court not a Federal Court.
