Jody A. Brockhausen vs Esparanza Andrade, Office of the Secretary of State Case #081001C3368 Filed in District Court for the 368th Judicial Distric, Williamson County, Texas November 14 - Defendant pleaded to dismiss case. Quote from docs: Defendant asserts the following affirmative defenses
Defendant is entitled to official immunity. Plaintiff has suffered no damages due to Defendant's conduct. Defendant reserves the right to assert additional defenses that become apparent througout the factual development of this case
I believe case is pending now.
Great post....as an aside, but totally in line with your post, I urge you and as many others that care about our country to cut and paste the link below (Cuz I can post pictures of plenty of girls in bikinis but stink at Html links)...it will take you back and remind you of things you know and why we agree on them so much...tolerate the 10 minutes and watch/listen to the whole thing...why we are a Republic???
...and then it makes you realize where we are losing it now if we do not stand. Refreshed me after all the recent troll bashing around the CoLB issue! http://www.flixxy.com/political-systems.htm
Austin is not in Williamson County. The county seat is in Georgetown.
Please ask your daughter and your son-in-law to help Jody. Ed Hale at Plains radio has Jody’s contact information. You can get Ed Hale’s contact information at www.plainsradio.com
Plains radio was asking for people who live in the area to go to the court house tomorrow morning for show of support. Please mention this in your e-mail to your daughter.
Orly Taitz also has a case filed in Federal Court (Santa Ana, CA.).
We are already suffering much more than that. Obama’s suspension of the war on Terror is costing and will cost billions. Does he think we went too hard on these creeps?
Have you heard any updates with regards to the Orly Taitz case (Lightfoot vs. Bowen) scheduled for SCOTUS “Conference” on January 23? Is it on the docket?
See post #15. Someone already pointed it out. If I could edit it I would. The case is being heard or was heard as I am typing. It is in state court and Orly Taitz is there and other attorneys in Texas may also be there at the last minute to assist.
PING!
Another interesting development at a court in Texas.
Thanks! Will be watching at the Plains chat room for updates today.
Please read this at the link below. I think this needs to be known and watched. A thread on this may be necessary. Will President Bush’s Executive Orders be ignored/covered up? Removed from the record??

Bless your heart for coming to my rescue....I had everything figured out (Multiple trips to the HTML Sandbox) and even had it printed in front of me for awhile...but for some reason, I keep hacking up the links!!!
Irishmen must stick together
And why would you fly to Dallas if you needed to go to Austin?
Austin is in Travis County.
Austin is 200 miles from Dallas
Williamson County is just north of Austin and Travis County.
No federal court house in Williamson.
From Orly’s Web Site
Today at the Williamson County TX Courthouse
Yesterday Dr. Orly Taitz flew down to Texas to assist in a suit filed in Georgetown, TX in a case against the Texas Secretary of State for not verifying that Obama was elgible for POTUS.
The case was heard this morning at the Williamson County courthouse.
In short, Dr. Taitz just told me that we, as citizens, have no standing.
They were only give 3 minutes to speak and that was done begrudgingly.
The information she just told me was pretty distressing. I’m going to let her tell the story herself; but she asked me to post this.
Check back for her full story when she is back at a computer.
Williamson County, Texas is very conservative with almost all elected officials being Republican.
The Sec. of State named is the suite is also a Republican as is the judge.
Thanks for the ping, Faith!!!
I was willing to spot them that one - possibly a big saving in airfare. And they might not have known how bad parts of I-35 are.
I would have guessed wrong, then. I thought it would get thrown out for mootness, not standing. I don't know enough about Texas procedure to know if venue would have been a good defense.
