I'm sick to my stomach. Although I knew she was going to have to do this..she does take a point of view and she does stick to it, I'm still just sick to my stomach. And for those here who dismiss this woman, you couldn't be more wrong..her books sell like wildfire, her shows sell out and alot of women take what she says as the gospel.
She did say she would still vote for McCain, but she said she wished there was a third party to vote for.
And for those of you who want to attack me for reporting this here, please, please direct your anger elsewhere. I'm not the problem.
I'll post the blog when she uploads it. It's not there yet, but she said on her show she' put it up.
People tune in to her to here her slam others. Simple as that.
I stopped listening the day I heard her berating some woman for being a second wife. Even though the stepkids were brats and Dr. Laura had no idea why the divorce happened in the first place, she went on how the second wife had no right to complain, as her husband’s obligations were to the first family and his second wife and children.
She should have taken the high road and resigned it to being a personal matter not worthy of commentary.
But some people just insist on shooting themselves in the foot. shrug
I thought she was off the air since no station around here carries her any more.
I haven’t heard Dr. Laura for some time. She is no longer on in my drive-time. What did she say Sarah Palin did wrong???

I do listen to Dr. Laura, but not regularly. Maybe you listen more. Do you remember if she gave any scathing remarks about Obama and his abortion views and his comment that he didn’t want his daughter punished with a baby?

Yeah, her boyfriend at the time (she was 27, if I remember correctly) took the pictures, which were supposed to remain private, and later posted them after they broke up. They can be found easily with a Google image search (with Safesearch turned off).

This from the woman who insists that men who are NOT the father of a child should continue to financially support that child until age 18 if they learn through testing that they are NOT the father. “You’ve already become ‘daddy’, how can you abandon that child?” (paraphrase of an argument she’s tried to make numerous times).
Is she going to try to convince us she never had sex before she got married? Surely, she’s not that stupid and neither are we.

Now, if she becomes Prexy, that’s a horse of a different color. I think that it is a questionable influence on a child, but a unique experience that is unattainable elsewhere.
What happened to her son being investigated for some things he posted on the web? She was very hush/hush on any of that. For a long time she didn’t mention her Marine son and now she is back at it.
