I cannot find the state-specific message boards since coming back from vacation on Sunday.
Can anyone help me find them?

Have you tried going to the button at the top of the thread page which says “My Account” and then going to Locale?

The admins found out that 7 of the states did not have message boards. The problem is being worked, and all 57 state message boards will return shortly. [/joke]
