I'll give you the advice given to us by our Pre-Cana instructors, a delightful couple, both doctors, in MS. They suggested to all of us that on our wedding night, we give each other one kiss, then roll over and go to sleep. One kiss ONLY! After that, all bets are off.

Their idea was that we'd be too exhausted from the day to really enjoy the moment, so we ought to wait until after a nap to um, enjoy the moment. Of course we all laughed, and they said that they were sure none of us would follow that advice, but they threw it out there any way. We didn't follow it, and as a result, missed the Debut of Saturday Night Live!

I'm just sayin, is all. ;o)

I'll be remembering you in my prayers on Saturday, and wishing I could be there to enjoy the festivities, though y'all won't be thinking of anyone but each other, as it should be. Best Wishes for a long and happy life together!

We'll definitely HAVE to have another Moot in 2007 so we can ALL have a great time visiting with each other.

When Xena's Guy and I tied the knot last year, our preacher started the ceremony with the "mawige" speech. He got through a good part of it before King Henry (a close friend of mine) harrumphed at him to get on with it already, at which point he discovered his actual voice.

It was wonderful to start the evening off with a laugh.
