What I take away from this report is that if the Iraqis cannot recognize a Jordanian master terrorist, the American military has zero chance of fighting the Sunni Arab guerrilla movement in Iraq, because most of them don't even know enough Arabic to distinguish an Iraqi from a Jordanian accent. And if all it takes is putting on weight and growing a beard to disguise oneself, then we're in deep trouble."

Iraqi Officials: al-Zarqawi Bruised In Left Pinkie Finger
In a fantastic turn of events, coalition forces in a fierce battle have wounded Al-Zarqawi's left pinkie finger. Unfortunately, Al-Zarqawi left the scene and was not captured.
"Yes, it's true. We finally shot his left pinkie." Stated Donald Rumsfeld in a press conference, "This is a huge success for us and we are now one step closer to getting not only Al-Zarqawi, but also Osama bin-Laden."
"This is just another nail in their coffin." Stated President Bush in a national televised speech, "We are getting closer to finally capturing bin-Laden and Zarqawi. Without his left pinkie finger, he will be an easier target to hunt down. We are winning the war on terrorism."
Al-Zarqawi is now the man most wanted by the U.S. in Iraq, with a $25 million dollar bounty on his head.
"All these bombings and killing of innocent civilians mean only one thing." Stated President Bush, "That the terrorist and specifically Zarqawi is loosing ground. They are getting desperate. Sure, there were 4 or 5 bombings last week alone, but that just means they are desperate because we are winning. Doesn't it mean that?"
In other news, a customer at Wendy's is claiming to have found al-Zarqawi's left pinkie in the chili she purchased.
