Probably not, I bet what I said to others here about eating more in between meals would do wonders for us all.

Cereal for you, banana for Monkey Face, I would eat an apple and so forth!

If you are typical to myself and most others T76, you actually probably have you body in starvation mode which does pack the weight on us all.

I'm 5'11" and even at my heaviest most didn't know because of the way I was built that I was carrying extra weight, but I dropped over the last couple of years 30 pounds by adding little snacks to what I already ate.

I know it sounds crazy, but it does something to our metabolism I read. Seems to work and eating more is most certainly painless! :-)
