LOL! I've been asked about it before. My area of study is tax law. I'm not a policy person.

Once, when I was feeling a little down, I discovered chocolate chips. Even though they were semi-sweet, they still did the trick. ;-)

I don't want to cheat on my taxes.

I just want to be able to list as dependents all those people who actually are dependent on me.

Wife (1)
Kids (2)
Welfare Dependents (Marked by having an "Independence" card -- 27)
Useless Bureacratic Hangers-On (12)
Soldiers (1)
Presidents and Ex-Presidents (Bush, Ford, Bush divided by Carter, Clinton = 1.5)

So, with 45 and a half deductions, I could probably afford my taxes. Hmmm, should I round the half upward or down?
