I would like to thank those on FR who have had the opportunity and honor of speaking with over the past year.
some of you I have quarreled with, some I have become FRiends with, but the entire time on FR in this first year has been quite an experience.
Curry Venison? Now there's one I've never heard of before. This is too weird. My wife and I are planning to make Chicken Marsala(with Curry) tomorrow.
I'm forming a mental image in my mind of a FReeper gal skinning her latest kill with a 14" Bowie knife, and then cooking up dinner for her man.
thanks :)
why thank you
I have enjoyed talking with you as well :)
Gives me a headache just to think about that much math! That was something I was just never good in.
Hope you succeed, no matter which degree you settle on. Computers are THE future, though, unless the field is saturated.
LOL that's not too far from the truth. My dad used to bring home the deer and mom would curry it or make it into meatballs and mincepie. I'm just carrying on the creative cooking tradition :-)
I never thought I was very good in it either. My strengths were always history and English, or at least I thought they were :)
It is saturated right now. However, there is room for much improvement in the computer engineering field AND the baby boomers will be retiring here shortly. With my experience and having that degree I may be able to name my price which is always a luxury.
;-)
This should be MY post #33076...in 2 years and 10 months. Just think...in 2 years you can be as cool as me!!!
Congrats! *HUGS!*
I grew up in West Texas and we always had venison or goat in the freezer. You'll have to share your Curry Venison recipe...I always just cook it over mesquite. I don't know of any other way to cook it.
Haven't had goat in a while but I used to eat it a lot way back when. The recipe goes like this... some olive oil, some garlic and heat up the garlic and oil then put some curry in there stir it around a bit then add the meat. Much of my cooking I learned from watching my mother so I don't have exact recipes.
I feel like such a slacker now! I've been (officially) here for a little over 2 years, and I'm only at:
"You've posted a total of 3 threads and 20,467 replies."
+1 ;)
LOL!!!
Thanks :)
that isnt being a slacker...that is going to be well ahead of me by the time I am here as long as you have been :)
