Well Amy I appreciate you asking.. I think I am a bit into a relapse, that is why I have been online a lot today rather than attending to other things.
I went for Green Beer Thursday & out for din/movie last night & I think it may have been a bit much too soon. This is one powerful viurs that has "found me"..
going to eat now & watch a DVD perhaps (or maybe sleep).. Later.
