The polar bear says: "Don't know, I've always had them!"

hehe! A Polar Bear playin' on his Whammo "Slip n Slide" .....
Slip 'N Slide is an old 'toy', really. Back in the 60's, I remember playing on the much more simple model, myself! At that time, it was hook up the hose, lay out the sliding mat, put on your swim suit, get ready! Then, it was take a running start, land on the mat (belly down), and slide all the way to the end, with only a little spray hitting you as you slid But, it certainly made those days in Southern CA when the temperature was over 100 degrees a lot easier to handle!
These days, my nieces and nephews have this game/toy in Fresno, CA.. It is inviting to me, STILL, when I see how cool they appear, while the rest of us are downing our ice tea as fast as we can, in order to cool off!
If you cannot afford a swimming pool (neither can I), and you live where the weather makes the kids and, maybe even YOU, grumpy, get this Slip 'N Slide and let the laughter, giggles, and cooling off begin! .....

Haha, I remember Slip 'n' Slides! They were nice when it got really hot. (And it does that a lot in Texas, as I'm sure you know.) ^_~

You might be from Texas if it's 95 degrees outside, and you ask, "When did the cold front come through?" (and you're dead serious).
