I see the Cult of Victimhood is alive, well, and metasticizing in our streets.

Well, it seems that in the context of the march, she took the officer's banana eating to imply an analogous racial slur relating black people to apes. Reminds me of middle school. None of us dared to eat a banana in front of our buddies because it was so "gay". That lady needs to grow up or preoccupy her thoughts with something more important.

Think of how offended the group might have been if they were Asian-Americans who have lost touch with their cultural identity (I've heard the term "banana" -- yellow on the outside and white on the inside -- used for Asians in much the same way that "Oreo" is used for blacks who aren't "authentic" enough).

"...she took the officer's banana eating to imply an analogous racial slur relating black people to apes." If she's that sensitive, she should probably not be out marching on the blacktop.....

So, did the mayor tell the police officer to stop "monkeying around" ?

What a baboonery!
[for those too willing to walk in footsteps of that woman: the first known use of the word 'baboonery' was by Sir Winston Churchill in 1926 : "foul baboonery of bolshevism". Thus it rightfully characterizes BEHAVIOR and not any other aspects].

Good thing it was a banana and not Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Or a chunk of watermelon.
Or blackeyed peas.
Hawg jowl (although Granny Clampet thought that a delicacy).
