Blueberry Pancakes
Preparation Time: 15 Mins.
Cooking Time: 15 - 20 Mins.
Serves: 4 to 6
Ingredients:
150g Sara Lee Frozen Blueberries
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup milk
1 large egg
Method:
In a mixing bowl add flour (sieved) egg and half the milk. Mix until smooth and lump free. Add remaining milk and whisk until smooth.
Add blueberries to batter just before cooking. In a hot oiled fry pan, add 2 tablespoons of batter and cook both sides until brown. Cook remainder of the batter. Serve with slices of banana and honey/golden syrup.
Recipe found here.
I'm not sure how much 150 g. of blueberries is, but I suppose you can just put in as many blueberries as you want.

Let me see how well I have done:
I had a blueberry muffin.
I had fun at work.
I didn't see any flowers today, although I have a flower poem to post.
I didn't play the kazoo today.
I'm still waiting for International American to make his point.

Party Dance Flowers dance in party dresses,
Insects nuzzle their perfume,
They do this in gardens so that,
We dont have to leave the room.
It isnt birds and bees, you know,
We need to learn about.
These sexy petaled trollops,
Gayly flaunt their wares about.
So shamelessly these hussies,
With color and aroma,
Set out to prove that to succeed,
Theyll need no school diploma.
My wife used the weedwhacker,
On bluebells one fine day.
She crashed their jolly party.
I took her tool away.
I forgive their merriment,
Their careless happy airs,
Because at night they bow their heads,
And say their silent prayers.

WOW! What a great job with photos!! LOL -- I took a lot of Marissa at the fondue place, I'm afraid.
You did a great job. I do love the first photo with Billie's frame especially. That'll be a keeper for years to come.
To: leadpenny
Plus the photo montage is proof that I still live, right? {{leadpenny}}
To: dutchess
LOL, OK, it's the special "Freezie" diet: Cheese fondue and tea at the Ritz-Carlton. ;)
To: NicknamedBob
That's nice NnB. I like it.
Did you see your picture in the first post. It is a cute one.
Hope you have been having a nice week. I think that I'm finally getting over this jetlag.

Dutchess: yes, we did have fun. But I have to tell you, the best part for me is that they were so nice and normal! I mean it's the internet, and even if you THINK you know someone's personality, until you actually MEET them you really don't. But Mama_Bear and JustAmy are just the same in person as they are online. I think they're just as sweet as the Ritz-Carlton desert tray.

Thank you again, Freezie.
We had a wonderful time. Marissa loves to watch the clips; especially the one when her balloon bursts.
This was a fun thread to post. :)
So many pictures to choose from.

I'm going to mail lori two CDs with pictures and videos from the tea -- you guys live nearby each other and she'll be able to get you your CD, right?
To: dutchess
We will certainly count on you joining us in '09.
Marissa is such a flirt that I may start getting gray when she is 12! She loves people.

We will hold our monthly Support the Troops Rally next Friday.
I'm looking for a local tea parlor. Marissa had so much fun that she wants to have another tea party.
Heck .... she wants to have fondue again. And see the zoo again and go to the dance again and ride the airplane again. LOL
