We need your help
in the evergreen state,
bad things are afoot
there's no time to waste.
Re-counting, re-counting
'finding'new votes.
They'll lie cheat and steal
play fair? No, they won't.
My state, mostly red
few counties are blue.
Just look at the map
you'll see, it's so true.
Right now, they're cheating,
think of the Ukraine my vote could be twisted counted for them. Disheartening, sad, criminal in fact. Hope everyone sees it's honor they lack!

A friend had asked me to send her my recipe for hash brown potato casserole, and since I had it typed up, I thought I might as well post it here. :-)
Hash Brown Potato Casserole
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1 pint sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 lbs hash browns (I use the 2 lb bag of frozen cubed hash browns)
Mix the butter or margarine, sour cream, chopped onion, and 1 c. of the cheddar cheese together. Add mixture to the hash browns. Place in a greased 9 X 13 pan. Add the remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

OESY, your Beethoven link is great! It not only has biographical info about Beethoven, but lots of his music! (Actually it's pieces of his mucic, just enought to tease us.) Thank you!

It doesn't take that long to prepare - and uses only 1 bowl and the pan. LOL!

I ate at Cracker Barrel last night - which got me on a hash brown potato casserole kick again. LOL!

I did modify that recipe, though. The original recipe called for cream of mushroom soup and used less hash brown potatoes. That was too rich for me.

Oh, I think I would probably like your version better too. You could bring that to T.S. backyard cafe...
