Northern NJ shut down their bike trails.
Supposedly over 'enviro concerns'.
(Read as "the poor froggies and fungus would get run over" in a small thin foot wide trail..)
PA still has them open.
NY has some, but further north than I'm currently willing to day trip.

The enviro policy in effect is schizophrenic at best.
They will let you walk the trail by foot, which has a harder impact on trail erosion than properly inflated mtb tires do.
Also, foot traffic requires a wider trail.
They also have horse trails still open.
In winter after that snow, they will have snowmobile trails open.
*shrugs*
I dunno.

Happy Homemade Bread Day!
Multigrain Loaf
For 1-1/2 lb. machine:
1-1/4 cups water
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1-1/3 cups bread flour
1-1/3 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup seven grain cereal
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1-1/4 tsp. salt
2-1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast
Place all ingredients in the bread machine pan in order recommended by the machine manufacturer. Select Whole Wheat or Basic/White Cycle. Use Medium or Light Crust Color. Remove bread from machine when done and let cool on wire rack.
