Foggy Mornin' Amy. Fog seems to be getting thicker up here.

It's beautiful here right now, 52 degrees and supposed to be nice all week.
Not bad for Buffalo in the middle of November.
We had an inch of snow last week.

Good collection of pix. I found a Pikes Peak cog RR cam shot. Talk about your fog, it was pea soup -- and completely unsuitable for Amy's Place.

Marissa keeps telling me that I forgot to take her to school.

This shows that she likes school. :-)

God is Good

After starting a new diet I altered my drive to the gym to avoid
passing my favorite bakery. I accidentally drove by the bakery this
morning and as I approached, there in the window were a host of
goodies. I felt this was no accident, so I prayed:

"Lord, it's up to you.... if you want me to have any of those
delicious goodies, create a parking place for me directly in front of
the bakery." And sure enough, He answered my prayer: on the eighth
time around the block, there it was!

God is Good

New exercise routine if you're over 40

You might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.

Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!
