MISSISSIPPI MULE
1 1/2 ounces gin
1/4 ounce crème de cassis
1/4 ounce lemon juice
3 or 4 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Serves 1.
House & Garden
For a MISSOURI MULE substitute Bourbon whiskey for the gin.

Open 1 fresh 1/2 liter bottle of Jack Daniels.
Drink from the bottle until you finish it or pass out.
Glasses and ice are for sissies.

The mule, pictured in Post #174, is an example of hybrid infertility; that is, a hybrid between a male ass (Equus africanus) and a female horse (Equus caballus) and is somatically vigorous, but sterile. Alcohol doesn't help, except for those around him.
