MISSISSIPPI MULE
1 1/2 ounces gin
1/4 ounce crème de cassis
1/4 ounce lemon juice
3 or 4 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Serves 1.
House & Garden
For a MISSOURI MULE substitute Bourbon whiskey for the gin.
