Hi, Amy!

I need some help,

I have the set of Dark Shadows books, by Marion Ross. (Paperbacks) in varying conditions from the 1960's and 70's.

I also have a Star Trek magazine featuring Will Wheaton from Star Trek The Next Generation from January of 1989; a Dr. Who magazine from Great Britian dated June of 1989; A Wolverine comic book from October 1989; Another Dr Who comic book in a protective cover from Marvel Commics from June but I don't know how old it is as I never took it out of it's covering as I bought it from a collecter; I also have a Detectives Comicbook from June of 1989 and a Dark Shadows Comic Book in a protective cover from 1971;and lastly a Dr. Who magazine from 1990. All magazines and comic books are in mint condition.

I would like to know where I could sell them all at and what value I should place on them. could you tell me or let me know of someone who would?

Thank You.

I put this on the public forum so others might read this and can help me too.

You could try selling them on E-Bay. I'm not sure of the value but you can check to see what prices others are getting for like items.

I hope someone will be able to give you better info than I did.

Have a wonderful Sunday, Pippin.

Dear Friends and Relatives:

We have the distinguished honor of being on the committee to raise $5,000,000 for a monument of Bill Clinton.

We originally wanted to put him on Mt. Rushmore until we discovered there was not enough room for two more faces.

We then decided to erect a statue of Bill Clinton in the Washington, D. C. Hall Of Fame.
We were in a quandary as to where the statue should be placed.

It was not proper to place it beside the statue of George Washington, who never told a lie,
or beside Jesse Jackson, who never told the truth, since Bill Clinton could never tell the difference.

We finally decided to place it beside Christopher Columbus,
the greatest Democrat of them all.
He left not knowing where he was going,
and when he got there he did not know where he was.
He returned not knowing where he had been,
and did it all on someone else's money.

If you are one of the fortunate people who have anything left after taxes,
we expect a generous contribution to this worthwhile project.

Thank you.

Bill Clinton Monument Committee

P. S. The Committee has raised $1.35 so far.
Now let me get this straight.......
Bill Clinton is getting $12 million for his memoirs.
His wife Hillary got $8 million for hers.
That's $20 million for memories from two people who for eight years repeatedly testified, under oath, that they couldn't remember anything.

God bless America

Great post, Dubya!! Thank you!!

The Clinton's are amazing, aren't they? Since they cannot tell the difference between truth and lies, I'm sure that if there are any true statements in the memoirs it was an accident. :)

The graphic totally makes that one. I originally wrote it about my attitude and faith. The choice of graphic gave it more meaning.

"F.J. doesn't like John/John?"

Where did you ever get such an idea?

LOL! Okay, but just reading the lines themselves would have brought you to the same conclusion. Dang! I hate being so transparent.

There's more of us.
A good few of us look absolutely 'normal' by way of clothing.
(But let us let our 'hair down' just once and we're permanently labeled, I tell you!)

And one other that I know of posts on the Foxhole thread.

I see that Ms. Of Soul and myself keep passing each other. I'll check back again L8TR after the little ones are dreaming their dreams.

LOL! How you doing, Kuds? Good to see ya. Well, I'm keeping my fingers crossed tonight.

Great poem, isn't it?

That was written by FReeper, F.J. Mitchell. I'm hoping he will share more of his poems with us.
