I am just dashing in to say 'hi' on my way out the door. I see lots of great poetry and graphics here again this morning. I will be back to answer my pings after I run some errands. Busy, busy day!
HUGS!

If it's worth saying once, it's worth saying again. That was worth saying over and over.

Send it anyway, Meekie, fax, snail mail, e-mail, and letters to the editor.
Send copies to the newspapers in his district, too. Yes ! Yes ! Yes !

Wish I could post the song and not just the lyrics...it's a beautiful recording...
Sons and Daughters
(David Ruis)
I ask for freedom for the sons and daughters
Cry out for mercy for the sons and daughters
To sail like a wave upon the water
To run like the wind
To know the loving touch of a father
To trust again
To spin like the pure white snow of winter
To dance and be free
To find the one [thats] closer than a brother
To trust
I ask for wisdom for the sons and daughters
New revelation for the sons and daughters

He introduced it at a "Passion for Jesus" conference at our church several years ago. It's beautiful. I felt just as the words described when we sang it. (We sang it to the Lord.)
To: Conspiracy Guy
So good.
So good.
We got'a YOU (- 'an Bob to write for us. Couldn't get a rhyme out of it. I could sing something tho.)

Looks like there is an echo in here...

G is for Grumpy, always, all day long.
E is for Edgy, usually, when boredom comes along.
E is for Eggs, I like em, for breakfast make my fried.
Z is for Zebra, It's a word, to make it work I tried.
E is for E-words, Once again, there are 3 in this word.
R is for Rowdy, Wild at heart, we once were, you have heard.
Put them all together they spell Geezer, we're a happy bunch.
As long as we can take a nap, right after we eat lunch.
