I'm bummed about not celebrating Zipper Day yesterday, but I got a late start in the morning and was too tired to do anything but sleep after I got home. I nominate you as my Backup Muse.

How's your life PAL? Did you get a new keyboard so you can hang out more with us?

I gave up on perms years ago. After one too many "bad" frizzy perms, I finally accepted the fact that God gave me baby-fine, straight-as-string hair and I decided it wasn't worth the hassle or expense to force it to have curls. Wouldn't you know that my daughter has beautiful curly hair - and HATES it! She gets the kind of perm that straightens hair! hahahahaha

Worked tonite, work Sat 11:30 to 8:00 or later. Laundry etc. Sunday. Yes, asked hubby if he was not working last Sun. if he would replace the keyboard, and he replaced it. Miss hanging out here with you all. A lot to do all the time tho. I hope to confine flower planting this season to pots, so that I will have less to take care of this summer. Considering asking for a second evening off during the week after co-worker is done with her chemo treatments in May or June.

Hi PAL, so nice to see you. I've been busy as heck and haven't posted very consistently. This working full-time is the pits!

I also have some planting to do this weekend. Would you believe I have 3 Hostas that I bought last year that I never got around to planting. They withered away and I thought they were dead, so I just left the pots on the patio. Well, they sprouted again so I guess I'd better get them planted and not take any more chances! Hardy things aren't they! That's the kind of plants I like! hahahaha
