Kennewick man renains not protected

The courts have rules that the remains of Kennewick man, a 9,000 year old apparent caucasian skeleton found on the north shores of the Columbia river in Washington state, are not protected by the Native Americans act and must be turned over for scientific examination.

What a terrible ruling! This will wreck their claims of victimhood and privelage now!
From what I remember, Janet Reno had a hand in handing over the remains to the Indians.

This is terriffic. I had always understood that the Clintonoids buried the remains under a lot of stuff in order to disrupt the possibility of dispacing our "Native" American brothers or "Aboriginal Americans" (sometimes known as "Injuns") from their place as the first people in America.

Is it just me, or does it seem there has been an extraordinary number of archeological finds lately? I'm still diggin on that announcement about relics in Antarctica... the more I dig, the more I think something very unusual is being covered up.
