I sing soprano but I'm more of a second soprano or mezzo, I guess. Perhaps we can find a piano bar where we can do some singing sometime. =)

By the way, I got my flight instruction for Christmas. If you see a small aircraft fling upside down over your home, wave!

The insane b*st*rds have gone over the edge. Yes they have. OTOH, what is their probable cause to find out if you have over $60.00 in your car. If they are camping out in Kentucky watching who buys what and then following you across the state liine the Kentucky authorities might have something to say about that.
There have been lots of stories over the years about cops in one state arresting cops or revenue folks from other states for doing that.

Cessna 172 is a bitch to land solo. It floats and floats and floats. I spent $4,000 total but that was a Cessna 152 and it was several years ago.

Hint. Take your lessons as close together as possible. You'll learn and retain quicker. I finished with 42 hours over a 4 month period. I knew people who took 80 plus hours because they'd go every 2 or 3 weeks.
