Have you ever seen a medical professional, or do you anticipate seeing one in your life?
For most of us, the answer is yes. For all of us, the quality of education provided to medical professionals is of vital importance because we live in a world where public health professionals can rule over us in many respects.

Most Americans distrust higher ed.
As for the Lancet and NEJM, they destroyed their credibility with Covid for half of the nation. Some of us can read and think critically, and saw those pubs as shills for collectivism.

Agree, 100%. Example, we try getting rid of DEI in the system, they just morph it into something else. Same with Phonics, same with Calculators.
Bomb all data centers and University’s for a better world. Allow 24 hours to evacuate the areas. Then send all the “dot” Indians home.
Not me. I used to go to a physician whose office added a nurse practitioner that I would see if the doctor's schedule was full. The next problem he helped me with would be the first problem he helped me with.
To be fair, my VA urologist is a physician's assistant and she's good.
