This five minute video shows where canola oil, vegetable shortening, and cattle feed come from. No wonder our spending on health care is so high.

Don’t forget about Crisco and where it comes from/made.
Yesterday, I think it was, Fox News had a report about how eating highly processed foods correlates to a shorter life expectancy, but they didn't bother to explain what was meant by highly processed foods or ways to avoid them (they did suggest making your own bread, not practical for most people).
Deadliest killer in the world.
You can rend your own lard or tallow in a crockpot. You can can get the fat from a local butcher or just ask for the fat when having your own animal processed.
I just read recently that additives are permitted in food in the USA until they are proven harmful. In Europe, on the other hand, additives are NOT allowed in their foods until they are proven safe. This is why there are about 1000 additives permitted in food in the USA that are not permitted in Europe.
I pray that Trump wins the election for many reasons. One of them is to have someone like Bobby Kennedy jr address things like this. Make America healthy again.
Frozen corn is processed. Candy bars are highly processed.
I use California Olive Ranch Avocado Blend (80% Avocado 20% ExVir Olive Oil).
I spent about a week researching WHICH brand you can trust with real olive oil and not fake.
There aren’t very many options...
Not much good can come out of California, but this brand is one of the few things that is good.
Rapeseed.
Olive Oil (from respectable Italian or Californian vinyard/orchard), grass fed dairy butter and cold pressed coconut or avocado oil.
Or ... grass fed/finished beef tallow.
RFK Jr will fix the horrid seed/other oil debacle, in our food system.
I love Sciabica, in Cali. Otherwise, Italian.
I’m interested. Who carries it?
Do you freeze them whole? How far into the ripening process?
I found out that it is actually difficult to find an Italian olive oil that doesn’t have canola (or some other seed) oil in it.
I have it delivered from Walmart.
We have friends who have an orchard.
I’ve never tasted their harvest, tho.
I knew using the refrigerator to store Avocado’s does not work, pray tell me how does freezing them work. How do you unfreeze them?
” and cattle feed come from”
Not sure what the video will say, but I have farmed and fed cattle.
They are fed a healthy diet.
Are their other products true in their ingredients, or just the avocado olive mix you linked?
I see they sell a lot of “global blends.”
