Will likely be facing vaccine mandate. Does anyone have thoughts on taking Ivermectin to offset side-affects of the vaccine?

Does nothing for the side effects, it is not a virus. Need anti-oxidants and charcoal products.
Is your employer requiring this? There are thousands of employers out there not requiring a shot, and hurting for employees.
It happened to me and I feel sorry for those that gave in early and got the shot thinking that they would be left alone. They wont.
The best way to minimize health impacts from the vaccine is to let them fire you and don’t get jabbed. Get a new job

2-3 years away from retiring... Retirement benefits will be substantially reduced if I quit... or get terminated. Not sure I will get a severance if I am terminated.

The Fleming Method protocol to address vaccine issues:
Get covid instead of the jab.
Get a round of Monoclonal Antibodies to offset the effects of covid.
That buys you 90 days. You will get a doctors order NOT be be vaccinated for 3 months after an infusion of MAB.
This will buy you 3 months at least. Maybe by then there will be a change in policy.

If you experience side effects, it’s probably too late as the damage is happening and may be irreversible. The “vaccine” is proteins that bind to cells like the COVID-19 virus proteins do during the virus replication process.
Depending on the dosage, apparently IVM, HCQ, Zinc and maybe even diphenhydramine (Benadryl) and lactoferrin interfere with the binding of vaccine proteins as well as the virus itself if you get exposed. We’re basically on our own with this until the medical establishment stops punishing its own for dissenting views.
There was an FR thread a while back that had a lot of links, if you can find it. Looking back at my myriad of links, I saved these two (if I find any more, I’ll send them on).
On the first link, people were complaining that there were SO many items ... who could do all that? Well, the way I read links like that is get ideas and chart your own path. You might want to take some, not others if too expensive or you can’t find them
The second link is for a product you can buy ... the ingredients are listed .... might be something you could do for yourself, without buying a commercial product.

As for ivermectin, the reason it works so well is that it binds tightly to the spike protein & keeps it from attaching/getting into your cells and replicating. With the shots, spike protein is being injected into your body - personally, I’d be taking ivermectin as far out from the shots as I could and I’d ramp it up the week before & after the shot .... I think I saw someone talking about this - will try to find it.
Also, for sure, get on something like Dr. Z or FLCCC’s prophylactic protocols ... this will get your immune system as strong as possible to deal with all the crap that’s going to be in the shots.
