Is your employer requiring this? There are thousands of employers out there not requiring a shot, and hurting for employees.
Employer appears to be moving in that direction...
2-3 years away from retiring... Retirement benefits will be substantially reduced if I quit... or get terminated. Not sure I will get a severance if I am terminated.
If I was 10-15 years younger this would be auch easier decision...
