2-3 years away from retiring... Retirement benefits will be substantially reduced if I quit... or get terminated. Not sure I will get a severance if I am terminated.

Get a round of Monoclonal Antibodies to offset the effects of covid.
That buys you 90 days. You will get a doctors order NOT be be vaccinated for 3 months after an infusion of MAB.
This will buy you 3 months at least. Maybe by then there will be a change in policy.
Maybe not.
Start by taking FMLA. That will buy you 12 weeks.
If you are dead or seriously injured due to getting the jab...and subsequent booster jabs, your retirement concern will have been foolishness.
