I’ve watched this video about 100 times today already. A man wearing a face mask and questionable shorts is stalking a woman around a store, demanding that she put on a mask. She very wisely decides to film him and eventually he storms off with righteous indignation. His good deed for the day has been foiled. Facebook will definitely be hearing about this!
Thankfully the people watching this unfold took the side of the woman filming and told this man to leave her alone, which he eventually did.
Unfortunately this woman’s experience is not an isolated one. All over the country we are seeing confrontations between mask-wearers and non-mask wearers....
Maskholes were formerly Enviroholes (and will be again once they’ve Karen’d the virus into submission). Some of them also doubled as Taxholes. When the mask thing came along, they slipped right into it. It felt cozy and familiar and the fit was just right.
All these conditions are the result of an outsized need to save the world, which is rooted in helplessness....
No, they are not scared to die of COVID, they are angry that you’re not “following the rules” while they are. It’s not fair. These are the same people who believe the best solution to the success gap is to level the playing field by punishing success. If their lives are miserable then yours should be too. If they don’t want to use plastic bags (even though everyone prefers them) then you shouldn’t use them either. If people won’t make the “right” choices then they should be forced to make the “right” choice because it’s only fair....

I don't think people who want to save the world are the same people who rage at the unfairness of the world.
Maybe she meant to say that there are two kinds of maskholes.
There are probably more than 2 kinds, each with different but perhaps intersecting motivations, but I don't feel like trying to think about this right now.

I like the mask, I feel like I am “incognito” when going to the store or whatever. With the zillion CCTV cameras and camera phones everywhere, its not a bad way to conceal yourself.

A knuckle sandwich would go a long way to showing this clown the importance of good manners. He’s one of a group of losers who use every opportunity to act as tyrants every chance they get. It has nothing to do with ideology. Like Isis that attracted every bloodthirsty psycho on the planet. They only ascribe to the mask belief system as an excuse to act like little Hitlers. They only respond to superior force. Then they go back to their obsequious act until the next opportunity to lord it over others.

From the items displayed on the shelves, this looks like this could have taken place in a Hobby Lobby.
It wouldn’t surprise me if this guy stalks Hobby Lobbies to give their patrons a hard time.

They are the same people, it is easy to tell because they have oversized egos and a distorted view of reality.
They will believe that "if everyone wore a mask that would defeat the virus" with the same sincerity that they believe that the .0007 CO2 that is man made can make the whole world burst into flames.
And they believe that only they care. Everybody else is a selfish jerk who must be MADE TO FOLLOW ORDERS. For the good of everyone of course.
They are born followers who think they are leaders. Shallow thinkers under the delusion they are intellectuals. Evil people who think they are virtuous.
Just wait until CW2 starts and the feral govrnement cannot use facial recognition software to track and identify patriotic Americans. Mask mandates will disappear yesterday.

They maskholes (and leftist busybodies in general) don’t give a damn about fairness. If they did, then they’d be outraged when Democrat politicians break their own rules.

Here’s the difference:
The maskophiles want to APPEAR to save the world. They don’t care about the world actually being saved, they just want credit for doing it.
Then there are people who genuinely care about the world being saved. As in being saved from the deep state, the pedophiles and the satanists. (But I repeat myself.)
