A brief video suggests there may be something to the theory that Hillary Clinton is dealing with the early stages of Multiple Sclerosis.
In a late summer article, the National Enquirer theorized that Clinton might have suffered at least two strokes and be afflicted with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) which is a disease that inflicts serious damage to the nervous system. MS scrambles messages sent from one part of the brain to another. Normal functioning can at times become uncontrolled and responses to various day to day situations can become highly emotional, inappropriate and manifest without regard for actual circumstances.
While the Enquirer article focuses more on the possibility of Clinton having had at least two strokes, there may evidence to suggest she is in the early stages of the onset of MS as well.
MS sufferers can develop a condition called pseudobulbar affect (PBA) which causes sudden crying or laughter at times that are very inappropriate. A person so afflicted, might cry at a comedy show or laugh at a funeral without warning or the ability to forestall the emotional display.

I have no idea whether her laughter was caused by MS or not, but that reaction to Tapper’s questions sure seemed weird.

Nah... the cackle is Hillary’s “tell”.
It means something between “you caught me” and “that law shouldn’t apply to me”.

Maybe she knows that nothing ever happens to her and that is why she laughed.
I’m inclined to think she is neither. I believe in my heart that she is plain and simply an evil person.
Bill Clinton’s trick at the funeral wasn’t laughing. At a good funeral you can laugh at the good memories of a friend. His problem was that he saw the camera and immediately switched to tearful mourning even while the person he was with was still laughing. He is an emotional chameleon. Hillary tries, like with the contemptuous laughing at questions she doesn’t like, but she is not a natural at it like Bill.
I don’t buy it. She did this before. It’s just a pose. She’s pretending that the notion that she has “scandals” is just so, SO preposterous that she just can’t help busting out in hysterical cackling if one of them mentioned.
She thinks her fans are that stupid. And, of course, she’s right.
My wife has suffered with primary progressive MS for several years, but she’s never done anything like that.
Is this the msm covering for Her Heinous?
Why would we elect someone suffering from a disease like MS?
