Soros was not rich. The Quantum fund money came from the Rothschilds. Presumably, the Rothschilds would tell Soros what was going to happen, and Soros would invest accordingly. And Soros would increase the Rothschilds money, and make a little for himself in the process.
The Rothschilds, sometime in the last 200 years, have decided that that they don’t want to get in the papers for saying evil things. The Rothschilds are telling Soros that they don’t want Soros in the papers saying evil things either.

Yup. I remember a Chechen they caught who was peripherally involved with the Beslan school massacre. The Moscow Times reported that he “died during questioning”. Something tells me the Russkies were using something a bit more primitive than water boarding.
